What will it cost me to have an account?

This is a service provided free of charge to you through the Waterways Owners Corporation

How many accounts can we have?

Each Lot will be entitled to just one account. However in the event that a Lot is rented, the tenant also will be entitled to an account for the duration of their lease. provided they have been able to meet our strict processing requirements.

Who may apply for an unrestricted account to use this website?

Any current owner or current tenant may apply for an unrestricted account which will be valid for the duration of their ownership of a Lot or the duration of a tenants lease.
For owners, please be aware that there is a vetting process to ensure that there will be one account per Lot issued based on verification of the details we have on record.
For tenants, additional documentation will be required to ensure authenticity of a pending account. These documents will be based on a case by case assessment.

What happened to the old website?

The old website was the property of Waterways Residential Development. Since they have moved on from Waterways they generously donated the old domain and that content was permanently removed from the web. However we do have a copy of all that old content for prosperity sake safely tucked away.
